◆ Piercing and Slotting:

 Slotted holes can be round, square, diamond and micron. Perforated ladder and channel trays are mostly slotted into round or square holes for ventilation and holding operation.

◆ Cutting:

The entire volume from the plate cut into the size you need for fabricating into a ladder or channel cable tray.

◆ Cutting Edge:

If the plate-making process beyond the scope of your request tolerance, we skilled technical personnel at your request can help you remove redundant Edge

◆ Leveling and Bending of Perforated Plates to Tray Forms: We can use the school-to-machine system before punching deformation of the plate to restore its original state format.

◆ Clean: Piercing processes require the use of lubricant, but we also have a degreasing process can remove traces of its surface.

 ◆ The production and processing of molding: Apart from the subscription, we can offer you that the series of follow-up processing, including: leveling, cutting, labeling, packaging, degreasing, to thorn in shape, annealing, painting, electroplating, welding, grinding, bending, such as volume.

◆ Surface Treatment of Perforated Metal Cable Trays: Total Four Types including Powder Coating, Galvanizing, Hot Dipping, Anodizing. Can be custom made for you as per your needs and requirements.
